The course is focused on increasing the level of special motor abilities necessary to master basic gymnastic skills in acrobatics and exercise on individual apparatus. Specifics of motor learning in gymnastics, use of audiovisual means. Combination of elements into acrobatic performance. Use of music. Selection of elements and creation of assemblies in acrobatics and on apparatus. Individualization of training for men and women. The course is completed by verifying the quality of selected motor skills.
