The course is focused on the development of general and special motor abilities using gymnastic movements. Motor functional training in gymnastics - strength, support, rotation, balance, power. Training of new movement skills in the field of basic and sports gymnastics, especially acrobatic exercises and exercises on individual apparatus for men and women. Use of audiovisual means in motor learning. The course is specific to the individualization of training for different categories. Completion of the course is focused on meeting the basic requirements for the level of physical abilities and skills so that the student can master the compulsory courses Sports and physical activities I - IV.
