The subject is focused on acquiring special swimming training for saving tons, increasing swimming endurance and fitness with the use of swimming training methods. To conclude the subject theoretically, practically and didactically. To fulfill the subject use the available swimming aids (packs, swimwear, fins, etc.) and timer (stopwatch) to check the TF, the resting interval and the achieved power.

1) Meaning, tasks and objectives of swimming
2) History of swimming – world development, international federation, swimming competitions, swimming in the Czech Republic
3) Biomechanics swimming - hydrostatics, hydrodynamics
4) Stages of swimming preparation - didactic aspects of teaching, teaching methods, organizational forms, use of swimming lessons, safety aspects in teaching, swimming aids, training of swimming movements and skills in
         individual stages
5) Sports swimming - structure of performance, educational work, psychological preparation, organization and management of swimming training
6) Construction of swimming training and its specifics in individual cycles - RTC, MAC,MZC, TJ
(7) Impact of swimming training on the development of individual key competences
8) Components of swimming training and their development - physical preparation, technical preparation, tactical preparation
9) The issue of the selection of swimming talents
8) Specialities of swimming training and training - swimming of women, swimming children and youth
Students have three attempts to end the course.

The development of swimming endurance and strength, ie the development of aerobic processes and subsequently the anaerobic anaerobic ability of the individual. When developing individual abilities, they acquaint students and apply in their training individual swimming training methods (interval, distance, alternating) in which the TF should be monitored,and a rest interval using stopwatches.Special swimming training to save tides, drops and jumps to the water, diving and hunting, swimming under difficult conditions - eg dresses, forms to help tired swimmers, tonnage rescue, personal intervention, rescue aids, rescue actions - practical test.Closing the theoretical and practical didactic theory and didactics education.

80% active participation in teaching

- 400m crawl in time limit: men - 7:30 min;women - 8:00 min in separate separate tracks

- hunt for objects - swimming underwater and deep water to catch 3 pucks at a distance of 5m apart

- dragging the drowning at a distance of 200m (manikin) in separate separate tracks

- Action to save the drowning

- jump from 3m planks dive

- 200m crawl swimming in clothing in time limit: men - 6: 15min, women 7:00 min

Students swim themselves in separate tracks and each student has 2 corrective attempts to complete the credit
