Personal improvement of swimming techniques, ie breast, crawl, emblem and dolphin, including start and turn according to the FINA swimming rules. Expanding the number of swimming skills, developing special swimming skills and enhancing didactic activity - working in pairs.

Objective of the course is to personally improve swimmaking methods, expand the number of special swimming skills, develop swim capabilities, and deepen didactic activities.

If it is necessary to introduce a distance form of teaching, this teaching will take place online in a virtual environment on the Microsoft Teams platform in the form of lectures, consultations for lectures, presentations of student assignments, including their analysis and reflection on these tasks and discussions.

Personal improvement of swimming techniques, ie breast, crawl, emblem and dolphin, including start and turn according to the FINA swimming rules.History and development of the swimming method of butterflies.Expanding the number of swimming skills, developing special swimming skills and enhancing didactic activity - working in pairs.Correction of the most frequent errors by means of special drilling and technical exercises in both water and dry conditions.Using the theory of training to develop endurance and strength abilities, training exercises and games.

- Active participation in classes 85%
- Practical exam: 100m crawl, 100m breast, 50m character, 50m butterfly.
  They swim according to the rules of swimming, the sequence of disciplines will be determined.
For each of these disciplines the time is measured, which is then converted into a point rating, the minimum number of points scored is 12. Each discipline must be met at least 1 point.

Students swim themselves in separate tracks and each student has 2 corrective attempts to complete the credit
