The course includes short translations from German to Czech and from Czech to German, using texts from various styles related to philological disciplines and secondarily to teaching (texts in the fields of literary studies, linguistics and didactics: scientific annotations, guide texts, theatre programmes ). Students will try to translate spoken language and work with media (auditory and audio-visual exercises). The course will also focus on translation with key information retrieval. This course is taught in German.
