The goal of this subject is to introduce students on theoretical and practical level with the possibilities of diagnosis and assessment of a pupil with respect to the use of computer techniques, with the concept of reflective work of teachers and with elements of the evaluation of school and teaching.

Contents of the subject includes in particular themes pedagogical diagnostic of student, self-diagnostics and reflection in the work of teachers and furthermore

  • subjectivity in pedagogical observation, evaluation and classification of pupils;
  • structured evaluation and classification, criterial evaluation;
  • the development, administration and processing of educational tests, characteristics of test tasks with respect to computer processing;
  • statistical methods and computer processing of classification scales;
  • evaluation and research resources (PISA, TIMSS, Caliber, state graduation, etc.);
  • diagnostic software, support software applications, using of statistical functions and calculation sheets, statistical packages.
