The course covers two domains of algebra and theoretical arithmetic useful for lower and upper secondary mathematics teachers. It deals with algebraic structures focusing mainly on the structures with one and two binary operations. Knowledge of structures that students gained in previous courses is generalised and broadened.

Kurz zahrnuje oblasti algebry a teoretické aritmetiky potřebné pro učitele matematiky pro druhý a třetí stupeň škol. Je věnovan algebraickým strukturám, je zaměřen hlavně na struktury s jednou a se dvěma vnitřními operacemi. Zobecňuje a doplňuje znalosti struktur, se kterými studenti přišli do styku v předchozích kurzech.
