Course is an introduction to selected current topics of healthy lifestyle. Emphasis is given especially to topics relevant for professional pedagogical workers. During the interactive lecture several diagnostic tools for orientational examination of the level of health and lifestyle are presented.

The aim of the course is to call attention to the seriousness of problematics of healthy lifestyle as well as to dangers resulting from misinterpretation of scientific knowledge of health.
