This course introduces students to the Autobiography of intercultural encounters which is a tool designed by the Council of Europe to be used in intercultural education. The tool will be presented to students in seven modules.
Aim of the course

·         The students will know what the Autobiography of intercultural encounters is and will know how to work with the tool.

·         The students will study the Autobiography of intercultural encounters in the light of their work interest and will be able to give arguments for or against usage of this tool in their job or future occupation.

Requirements to the exam

·         Knowledge of English at B2 level.

·         Internet access.

·         Students should go through the modules at suggested pace a module/a week.

·         Students should print out and do all the activities in each module and keep a portfolio. The portfolio will be given to the lector at the end of the term.

·         Final mark will be given after presentation of the portfolio by the student and its analysis by the student and the lecturer.
