The course prepares students for their independent construction and use of achievement tests. Students are also introduced to international standardized tests such as GRE.

The goal of the course is that students learn to construct and use achievement tests independently. Students learn to work with achievement tests data using the classical test theory. The secondary goal is that they try to work with standardized tests.
