Synthesis of knowledge of partial disciplines into the content of the theory of physical culture in systemic contexts. System of basic concepts of HM theory. Kinanthropology as a discipline. (See syllabus.). Part of the course is also work with distance texts. Summary of practical and theoretical skills and knowledge for the classification and management of physical activities and physical education in the regime of primary and secondary schools. Ontogenesis of motor skills, forms, methods, procedures, organizations in physical education, forms of interest. Practical work with children. The course also includes the issue of physical culture as a socio-cultural phenomenon in terms of the formation of didactic concepts, its place in the cultural development of mankind and the changing role in various socio-historical conditions, as well as the development of physical culture in prehistory.

Physical culture as a social phenomenon and a part of human culture, its characteristics, structure and function in the life of an individual and society. Physical education, sport and physical recreation as basic subsystems of TC, their specific functions and mutual relation. Sport in the process of human socialization, its essence and function in modern society. Approaches to the division of its structure. Specifics of top sport. Philosophical, anthropological and sociological bases of physical culture theory. The place of body culture in individual stages of human culture development (anthropogenesis, sapientation, humanization). Physical culture and its relations to material culture, culture of interpersonal relations and spiritual culture. The place of movement in human life and society. Movement and somatomental development of the personality. Hypokinesia and its consequences. Quality of life and lifestyle. System concept of body culture, its structure, functions and connections of its subsystems. System of basic concepts of physical culture. Questions of physical fitness, performance and mental resilience. Ethical, ecological and aesthetic contexts of HM. Kinanthropology as a scientific field, its structure and methodology. The contribution of partial scientific disciplines to the creation of the theory of physical culture. Physical activities in the Framework Educational Program for Preschool Education. Physical activities and educational areas, physical activities and the child's personality. The needs of children and the basis for the implementation of physical activities in the primary school, respectively. Secondary school Physical activities and health. Ontogenesis of motor skills, forms, methods, procedures, organizations in physical education, projects.
