This course is intended for students, who can understand and use familiar everyday expressions and very basic phrases about themselves and their surroundings. They can introduce themselves and others and can ask and answer questions about personal details such as where they live, people they know and things they have. In form of teaching blocks (12 teaching hours) the general knowledge will be presented to the students.

V tomto kurzu je postupně opakována základní slovní zásoba a jsou zde vysvětleny základní gramatické jevy, které jsou nutné ke konverzaci i k četbě jednodušších autentických textů. Důraz je kladen na běžnou hovorovou slovní zásobu a nejfrekventovanější slovní spojení. Kurz není vhodný pro úplné začátečníky, neboť většina účastníků kurzu již měla němčinu na ZŠ/SŠ ("věční" začátečníci).
