Through lectures and seminars, learn the basics of self-rescue and rescue toning, including acquiring a set of skills that apply in "swimming swimming". Managing activities in swimming on the water, swimming underwater, swimming in an extraordinary environment, swimming with equipment and overcoming water obstacles.

Learning outcomes of the course unit The aim of the course is to acquire the basics of self-preservation and rescue and to acquire the skills that are used in "swimming swimming" through lectures and seminars.

Through lectures and seminars, learn the basics of self-preservation and rescue toning and acquiring a set of skills that are used in "swimming swimming" - a hip, a symbol of soup, and water pedaling. Practical mastery of swimming activities at the surface (swimming without swimming, swimming in low visibility, endurance swimming), swimming under water (swimming, underwater swimming, hunting), swimming in an extraordinary environment (swimming in a stream, in waves) equipment (in dress, with arms), overcoming water barriers (carriage of sails, etc.).

- 80% active participation in teaching

- hunting objects - swimming underwater and deep water to catch 1 puck

- Dragging the drowning at a distance of 200m without touching the bottom of the pool. Draw methods can be alternated during the process

- Action to save the drowning

- 400m swimming way crawl in the men's limit 7: 30min., Women 8: 00min.

- 50m selected swimming way with head above water (start from water) in time limit male 0:50 minutes, women 1:00

- 50m rescue with model. The model is located 2 meters from the pool wall in its deepest part. The savior starts with a tentative way of entering the water and swims in the chosen swimming way with the head still above the water, then plunges
  for model, picking it up from the bottom of the pool and reaching for the finish

The student has 2 corrective attempts to complete the credit
