The course introduces the concept of children's rights and its starting points in the philosophy of rights, child psychology and its pedagogical application. It provides an evaluation of the state of implementation at the level of education policy in the Czech Republic, as well as in international comparison. It deals with model situations in the child's life.

Předmět seznamuje s konceptem práv dítěte a jeho východisky ve filozofii práv, psychologii dítěte a jeho pedagogickou aplikací. Přináší hodnocení stavu implementace na úrovni vzdělávací politiky v ČR, i v mezinárodním srovnání. Řeší modelové situace v životě dítěte.

4. Application of the Convention on the Rights of the Child to the legal system of the Czech Republic: Convention on the Rights of the Child and family law. Solving model situations in the child's life.
