The course is focused on the development of education in multicultural society. It allows students to understand and accept diversity as a positive phenomenon and to evaluate differences between people from different cultures as beneficial. The aim of the course is to contribute to creating respectful relationships between cultures. Students are introduced to the school's approach to admission and education of pupils with a different mother tongue. The course is focused on communication and cooperation with members of different socio-cultural groups. Critical analysis and understanding of differences should create a motivation for intercultural exchanges, promote a sense of solidarity and the ability to reflect social and economic inequalities. Intercultural education makes it possible to adapt education and training programs to the conditions and needs of the region and local community.
