Health PE: Principles of hygiene and safety. Correct and faulty posture of pre-school children. The most common types of impairment. Motoric games:
Mastering motor skills movement games suitable for pre-school children. Getting familiar with the rules of the games, the principles of management and organization. Accident prevention in physical games.

Health PE:
Hygiene and safety. Correct and faulty posture of pre-school children. The most common types of impairment. Developing good movement habits and stereotypes. Correcting exercises, breathing exercises, relaxation, balance. The use of equipment, tools and other equipment for exercise (different kinds of balls, overballs, flexible bands, balance tools, ladders, cases). The combination of movement with music and dramatizations. Health exercise unit under different conditions.

Swimming:
Mastering basic swimming skills (breathing, confluence, diving, jumping into the water, feeling for water). Training techniques swimming styles - pigs, crawl, character. Correction of errors. Practicing jump start and turns. Rescue the drowning and helping an exhausted swimmer. First Aid and CPR by the water.

Swimming - Credit requirements:
First Mastering swimming skills:
     - Swimming breathing
     - Floating in the water - floating
     - merging
     - The starting jump into the water from the block on the head
     - Roll in water (over fist forward)

Second Swim 200 meters continuously without interruption and in the course of the line swimming swim by swimming
      how to crawl, backstroke and breaststroke at least 25 meters in any order.
