Motoric games:
Mastering motor skills movement games suitable for pre-school children. Getting familiar with the rules of the games, the principles of management and organization. Accident prevention in physical games.

Health PE:
Hygiene and safety. Correct and faulty posture of pre-school children. The most common types of impairment. Developing good movement habits and stereotypes. Correcting exercises, breathing exercises, relaxation, balance. The use of equipment, tools and other equipment for exercise (different kinds of balls, overballs, flexible bands, balance tools, ladders, cases). The combination of movement with music and dramatizations. Health exercise unit under different conditions.

Swimming:
Mastering basic swimming skills. Training techniques swimming strokes breaststroke, crawl and character. Correction of errors. Practicing jump start and turns. Familiarization with safety and hygiene principles in teaching swimming.
