Health PE:
Hygiene and safety. Correct and faulty posture of pre-school children. The most common types of impairment. Developing good movement habits and stereotypes. Correcting exercises, breathing exercises, relaxation, balance. The use of equipment, tools and other equipment for exercise (different kinds of balls, overballs, flexible bands, balance tools, ladders, cases). The combination of movement with music and dramatizations. Health exercise unit under different conditions.

Swimming:
Mastering basic swimming skills. Training techniques swimming strokes breaststroke, crawl and character. Correction of errors. Practicing jump start and turns. Familiarization with safety and hygiene principles in teaching swimming.

Zvládnutí pohybových dovedností pohybových her vhodných pro předškolní věk dětí. Seznámení se s pravidly těchto her, se zásadami jejich řízení a organizace. Úrazová prevence v pohybových hrách.

Zdravotní TV:
Zásady hygieny a bezpečnosti. Správné a vadné držení těla dětí předškolního věku. Nejčastější druhy oslabení. Vytváření správných pohybových návyků a stereotypů. Vyrovnávací a rozvíjející cvičení. Cvičení dechová, relaxační, balanční. Využití náčiní, nářadí a dalších pomůcek pro cvičení (různé druhy míčů, overbally, pružné tahy, balanční plochy, žebřiny, švédské bedny). Spojení pohybu s hudbou a dramatizací. Cvičební jednotka ZTV v různých podmínkách.

Plavání:
Zvládnutí základních plaveckých dovedností. Nácvik techniky plaveckých způsobů prsa, kraul a znak. Korekce chyb. Nácvik startovního skoku a obrátek. Seznámení s bezpečností a hygienickými zásadami při výuce plavání.

    - vznášení ve vodě - floating
    - splývání
    - startovní skok do vody z bloku po hlavě
    - kotoul ve vodě (překot vpřed)
2. Uplavat souvisle 100m jedním zvoleným plaveckým způsobem.

Zdravotní TV: aktivní účast ve výuce/cvičení (minimálně 80% docházka)
