This course introduces students the problems of social philosophy, introduces the basic concepts of contemporary social trends of philosophical thought that affect our attitudes and action. Provides orientation in the contemporary scene search options, alternatives, further development of the company. Reminds two approaches: normative (value) or conceptual (analytic), history of ideas and ideals of the community. Leads to the view that there is no just one concept, but different modalities of social development with which to be reckoned with in practical social sphere.

The aim of the course is to introduce students to the problems of social philosophy, to acquaint them with the basic concepts of contemporary social trends of philosophical thought, which indirectly, especially after our accession to the EU, influence our attitudes and behavior.
