Theory and practice in terms of the needs of kindergarten teachers. Physical load physiology. Instead of moving in the life of an individual and society. Hypokinesis and its consequences. Health oriented fitness. Physical exercises as a means and subject matter. Motor skills. Physical education, sport and physical recreation and their functions. A partial goal is also to get acquainted with basic information from anthropomotorics, ie. ontogenesis of motor abilities and skills, including their diagnosis, as well as consideration of selected didactic aspects in preschool education.

  Learning outcomes of the course unit The aim of the course is to deepen and extend the knowledge of the anatomy of the child, familiarization with the basics of physiology of physical activity, specifics of children's training, health benefits of physical activity and prevention of diseases associated with hypokinesia.

V případě nutnosti zavedení distanční formy výuky bude tato výuka probíhat online ve virtuálním prostředí na platformě Microsoft Teams - a to v podobě přednášek, konzultací k přednáškám, prezentací zadaných seminárních prací studentů včetně jejich analýzy a reflexí k těmto úkolům a diskuse k dané problematice.

 

Na základě vzájemné domluvy a potřeb studentů je druhý blok výuky realizován v termínu 5.3. 17 – 20h.
