Forms of health physical education, remedial PE, health classification. Organization of lessons, didactic principles in HPE. Correct and incorrect body posture, the influence of physical exercises on a body posture. Local exercises, stretching, strengthening, relaxation, breathing, coordinating and balance exercises. Exercises with tools, requisites and apparatus. Learning basic compensatory exercises - practice, basic diagnostics and assessment - theory and practice.

Formy zdravotní TV. Zdravotní skupiny. Vztah TV, ZTV a LTV, stavba a organizace cvičebních jednotek. Didaktické zásady v ZTV. Správné a vadné držení těla, vliv tělesných cvičení na držení těla. Cvičení pro jednotlivé oblasti těla. Cvičení protahovací, posilovací, relaxační a dechová, koordinační a balanční. Cvičení s náčiním (tyče, švihadla, pružné tahy, balanční míče) a na nářadí (žebřiny, lavičky, kladiny, trampolíny, švédské bedny, žebříky). Osvojení základních pohybových dovedností (praktické cvičení a schopnosti elementární diagnostiky (pozorování a hodnocení).
