Improving the technique of athletic disciplines. Methodology. Improvement of run and start techniques. Long jump in a crouching way, measuring start-up, exercise to properly complete the rebound. High Jump - Flop Practice, Imitation Exercises. Ball throw - use of auxiliary equipment, games. Relay run, relay games. Endurance Running - in nature, ideas for endurance development. Performance tests in selected disciplines. Credit requirements - active participation, meeting the limit of selected disciplines.
