The course is an introduction to the didactics of social pedagogy and social work. It defines this area of ​​didactics in relation to general didactics and didactics of pedagogical sciences, presents the main theoretical-methodological and conceptual issues of didactics of social pedagogy and social work. Objective of the course - aims of the course unit: Students will learn to define the working field of didactics of social pedagogy and social work in the context of other areas of general and special didactics. They will demonstrate a thorough orientation in currently valid national curricular documents in the field of social pedagogy and social work. Content definition: 1. Introduction to the didactics of social pedagogy and social work. 2. Social work in the education of pedagogical staff. 3. Didactics of social pedagogy and social work in the context of didactics of pedagogical sciences. 4. Specifics of social pedagogy and social work as a curricular problem. 5. Social pedagogy and social work in the curriculum of secondary vocational and higher vocational schools. 6. Social pedagogy and social work in the curriculum of other educational institutions. 7. Current issues of didactics of social pedagogy and social work in the Czech Republic and in selected European countries.
