The course provides psychosocial and pedagogical characteristics of children with various types of disabilities. It draws attention to the specific needs of a family caring for a child with a disability. It clarifies the issue of inclusive inclusion of individuals with special educational needs. The course aims to acquaint students with the basics of special pedagogy as a scientific discipline, with current trends in the education of pupils with disabilities. 1. Special pedagogy in the structure of pedagogical sciences. 2. Internal structure of special pedagogy. 3. Types of disabilities, causes of disorders. 4. Special education. Inclusion. 5. Psychopedia, combined disabilities, autism. 6. Specific learning disabilities, ADHD. 7. Somatopedia (special needs education of people with physical disability). 8. Logopedics (speech therapy). 9.
