The aim of the course is to develop students' skills to determine the content, methods and forms of specific hobby activities for various age categories. Content definition: 1. Organizational forms of hobby activities. 2. Ways of motivation for hobby activities. 3. Strategy of management of interest departments. 4. Interest unit as a specific type of social group. 5. Personality of the head of interest departments. 6. Structure of the interest department meeting, preparation of the leader for the meeting. 7. Solution of unusual educational situations. 8. Basic regulations and legal norms for the activities of interest departments.
