Last update: PhDr. Tamara Bučková, Ph.D. (14.09.2020)

The aim of the course is to introduce basic findings of text linguistics and stylistics, to present their subjects and methodologies, and the basic categories of these disciplines, both of which regard text from the viewpoint of grammar system and pragmatics, that is, a viewpoint approaching text as a language product as well as an element of communication. A further goal is the acquisition of the text-stylistic analysis algorithm.
