What are the features of the Czech education system? What do pupils learn in the Czech national curriculum? How do teachers assess their pupils in Czech schools? What can I learn by observing teaching and learning in the Czech Republic? How can my observations develop my practice as a teacher? Students will discuss these questions during school visits and during interactive seminars led by the course tutor. Week 1, 2 and 3 in a classroom then Week 4, 6, 8, 10 in a school (8:00-11:00) and Week 5, 7, 9, 11 and 12 in a classroom.
