This course will deepen the knowledge of the lexicology seminar and introduce the morphology of word formation. Historical contexts will be exemplarily depicted. Students will be enabled to identify products of word formation as well as to interpret such products. As distinguished from the first course, pragmatic and communicational functions of word formation will be highlighted in this seminar. This course is taught in German.
