A personality shaping brings the answer to the questions of, what is it a personality (ego), how we can imagine it´s structure, how proceeds the process of it´s building-up in the period till the age of 15 and what are the threats jeopardizing the health and stability of the adult ego and psychic. Displays how we can minimize these threats and offers a menu of tools efficient for active personality competencies building. A massive part of the education uses video case studies and interactive discussions. Lectures are suitable for students of all types of study.

Předmět odpovídá na otázku, co je osobnost, jaká je její struktura, jak probíhá proces jejího formování v období od narození do ukončení puberty a jakými riziky tento proces může být ohrožen. Snaží se ukázat cestu, jak snížit uvedená rizika a poskytuje posluchačům souhrn nástrojů aktivního budování kompetencí dospělé osobnosti. Výuka probíhá nejen formou výkladu, ale především videoprojekce a rozboru případových studií. Předmět je vhodný pro studenty všech pedagogických oborů.

The primary aim of the subject is to open the student´s selfreflection and to decrease the threat of the child´s ego deformation. That means, to open the chance for the child to get maximum quality of it´s adult competencies. The secondary aim is to take part in diminishing of the social pathological effects.

Primárním cílem předmětu je otevřít sebereflexi posluchače a tím snížit riziko deformace osobnosti dítěte. Tím vytvořit předpoklad, aby dítě získalo co nejkvalitnější kompetence pro svůj dospělý pracovní a rodinný život. Sekundárním cílem předmětu je přispět k redukci sociálně patologických jevů.
