1. What is philosophy and how philosophy constitutes the European tradition?

2. The unity of humanity of man, philosophy and upbringing in the European tradition.

3. Theoretical attitude - theory is not an abstract pursuit, but the pursuit of understanding.

4. Plato - idea; Aristotle - energeia-dynamis, morphe, hyle.

5. How philosophy became a tradition and how it has transformed our tradition?

6. How humanity of man is changed within the European tradition? Key concepts: logos, ethos, pathos, actualitas, voluntas, ordo, doctrina-disciplina.

7. Patristic and scholastic metaphysics.

The last part of the meeting is devoted to student's questions based on the whole lecture block. Each student will prepare a report from a selected dialogue of Plato (Euthyfron or Criter or Menon or Phaidon) and the understanding will have to defend at the interview.
