If it is necessary to introduce a distance form of teaching, this teaching will take place online in a virtual environment on the Microsoft Teams platform in the form of lectures, consultations for lectures, presentations of student assignments, including their analysis and reflection on these tasks and discussions.

Hygiene and safety at swimming lessons. Rescue the drowning and helping an exhausted swimmer. Training of rescue operations - jump into unknown waters, approach, settlement, drawing drowning. Resuscitation and first aid.

85% active participation in teaching

- to swim 400m in a swimming way,

- to show the rescue of the toning,

- pulling "dummy" at a distance of 25m,

- bottom gears at a depth of 4.2 m

- jump from 3m planks

- 200m swimming in clothing

Students swim alone in separate lanes and each student has 2 corrective attempts to pass the credit.
