Introduction to Conditioning programs in the aquatic environment. Improvement and development of swimming techniques swimming endurance. Swimming ways. Technique and methodology of basic swimming. Training programs. Swimming endurance. Relaxation. Posture - soupaž character. Swimming with training aids. Water games. Exercise in water - breathing, restorative, compensatory, and endurance. Automation postural and breathing patterns. Completion: active participation.
