Getting to know the importance of swimming in all its forms, mastering basic swimming skills and increasing the number of special swimming skills, practicing and mastering techniques crawl swimming styles, character, chest under the rules of FINA, including starts and turns.

Through lectures and practical workshops introduction to the importance of swimming in all its forms, increasing the number of motor skills and the development of special swimming skills. Meaning, objectives and targets swimming, swimming biomechanics basics (theory and practice), mastering basic swimming skills in the water, swimming history, development techniques breaststroke swimming strokes, character, crawl (theory and practice), practice and mastery of technique crawl swimming styles, character, breasts according to the rules of FINA (didactics, correction of previously fixed bugs), training and management of swimming turns and starts crawl swimming styles, character, chest under the rules of FINA, the meaning and use of swimming aids (theory and practice), the development of joint mobility in the water and on land, development speed and endurance abilities in the water, swimming competitions organization.
