Principles and rules of the stay, trips and winter sports in the mountains, safety rules, first aid, mountain rescue. Equipment, clothing, service, waxing. Cross country skiing, downhill skiing (snowboarding, sledging), games on snow. Planing and organisation of winter school trips and courses. Technics and methodology of basic skiin, cross country - classics.
