Learning outcomes of the course unit The aim of the course is to provide students with basic knowledge of somatomental personality development, somatotype meaning, physical exercise conception, structure, biological basis, diagnostics and development of basic motor skills and abilities. To prepare them for solving practical and theoretical problems of physical education practice.

Anthropomotorics in kinanthropology, its subject and content. Types of motorics. Human phylogeny and ontogenesis. Physical exercises as a means and curriculum. Concepts - fitness, health oriented fitness, performance, performance. Motor skills, their biological basis and structure. Definition of kinesiology and its content in comparison with the fields of biomechanics, anthropomotorics and kinanthropology. Functional anatomy of musculoskeletal system.
