Course gives students a basic overview of the security of data transmissions from the perspective of the concealment techniques using computer cryptography, shows the possibility of ensuring the privacy of communication. They are shown the mathematical foundations of cryptography, the parameters associated with the public key, various types of ciphers, public key encryption, hash-function, data integrity, identification and entity authentication, digital signature theory, creating a realistic means PKI infrastructure, patents, standards, laws and recommendations data protection.
