The reason of this course is to bring closer the health and social problems related to pediatric and adolescent care. The focus is on principles of growth and development based on specific stages. Also the importance of prevention care for optimal pediatric development is outlined. The course is following on the WHO Health 21 course which stressed the importance of a healthy start in life.

Vzhledem k tomu, že prozatím nebude z důvodu pandemie COVID -19 možnost se osobně setkávat, je nutné upravit kontaktní výuku na distanční.

Předmět je hodnocen 2 kredity. To odpovídá cca 60 hodinám studentské práce (včetně přímé výuky). Je nutné tedy počítat s domácí přípravou a úkoly.

Naše komunikace se bude uskutečňovat přes mail, on-line a v Moodle.

Připojení k týmu pro prezenční výuku pomocí kódu alfp34b

Přímá výuka se přesune do on-line prostředí. A to konkrétně přes MS Teams. Konkrétní pozvánka k přístupu na „schůzku“ (on-line výuku) bude všem zapsaným studentům zaslána nejpozději den předem na mailovou adresu, která je uvedena u každého v SISu. Prosím, zajistěte si přístup k internetu, mikrofon a popř. i kameru.

Odkaz na Moodle máte uvedený v SISu. Vstupní klíč (k zápisu) k předmětu do Moodlu obdržíte na prvním našem on-line setkání. V Moodlu naleznete studijní materiály, úkoly apod. Zadané úkoly bude potřeba odevzdávat v průběhu semestru k určeným datům do Moodle. Po každém stanoveném termínu do Moodlu napíšu každému zpětnou vazbu.

Vlastní průběh písemné zkoušky, vzhledem k možným preventivním hygienickým opatřením (COVID-19), bude upřesněn v průběhu semestru.

The course-unit credit requirements: successful writing of the credit test - open and closed questions (min. 75%). It is possible to use 3 attemps for writing test - one regular, two corrective.

3. The connection of biological and social-psychological pediatric development with potential pediatric health issues (children?s illnesses, causes and results of injuries).
