The aim of the course is the history of technology acquisition of basic knowledge of the history of technology and create content and methodological assumptions for use in the pupils' motivation for teaching technical subjects. The aim of the course is to acquaint with the historical periodization in the history of technology and with the history of selected technical fields. The course content focuses in the field of electrical engineering, computing, engineering, construction, transport, etc.

Cílem studijního předmětu Dějiny techniky je osvojení si základních poznatků z dějin techniky a vytvořit tak obsahové a metodické předpoklady pro využití v rámci motivace žáků při výuce technicky zaměřených předmětů. Cílem studijního předmětu je seznámit se jak s historickou periodizací v dějinách techniky, tak i s dějinami vybraných technických oborů. Obsahově se předmět zaměřuje do oblasti elektrotechniky, výpočetní techniky, strojírenství, stavebnictví, dopravy apod.
