Kurz je úvodem do teorie této problematiky se zaměřením na další vzdělávání učitelů. Studenti budou seznámeni se systémem dalšího vzdělávání, jeho pomínkami, formami i metodikou tvorby vzdělávacích programů. Poznatky z kurzu mohou studenti využít ve své učitelské praxi i ve vzdělávání dospělých.
