The course is focused on problems of further education. Students are acquainted with the current situation in the area of
further education, including the problems of in-service teacher training. In cooperation with selected institutions, they are
introduced to practical designing of educational courses, their accreditation conditions, particulars of educational methods
and organization forms of further education.

Present-day further education. Theory of further education, main schools of thought.
Psychological implications of further education. Learning styles of adults, learning motivation and learning barriers.
Designing courses of study. Structure, objectives, processes.
Methods and forms of further education.
Conditions and process of accreditation of educational courses.
Evaluation and appraisal of educational action achievement.

Kurz je zaměřen na problematiku vzdělávání dospělých. Studenti se seznámí se současnou situací v oblasti vzdělávání
dospělých, včetně problematiky dalšího vzdělávání učitelů. Ve spolupráci s vybranými institucemi se prakticky seznámí s
projektováním vzdělávacích kurzů, s podmínkami pro jejich akreditaci, specifikou vzdělávacích metod a organizačních
forem pro vzdělávání dospělých.
Obsah kurzu
Vzdělávání dospělých v současnosti. Teorie vzdělávání dospělých, základní proudy.
Psychologické aspekty vzdělávání dospělých. Styly učení u dospělých, motivace k učení a bariéry k učení.
Projektování vzdělávacího kurzu. Struktura, cíle, procesy.
Metody a formy vzdělávání dospělých.
Podmínky a průběh akreditace vzdělávacího kurzu.
Evaluace a vyhodnocení úspěšnosti vzdělávací akce.
