The aims of the general didactics: to build the scholarship (knowledge and skills) about the curriculum (selection from the cutlure of society), programmes for introduction and the teaching-learning process, to understand and solve problems of teaching and learning, to think critically and creatively in the field of teaching, to develop the need of teaching innovations.

Cílem kurzu je osvojení základního systému poznatků o obsahu i procesu vyučování a učení a získávání dovednosti samostatně řešit didaktické problémy, zdůvodnit svá didaktická rozhodnutí a kriticky analyzovat vlastní postup. Kurz přináší poznatky o alternativních didaktických koncepcích a rozvíjí potřebu studentů v didaktických inovacích.
