This course puts emphasis on in-service teachers' education. The students will get acquainted with the system and the conditions of in-service teachers' education and with the methods how to prepare educational programs. The aquired knowledge can be applied both in teachers profession and in the area of education adults'.

Kurz je úvodem do teorie této problematiky se zaměřením na další vzdělávání učitelů. Studenti budou seznámeni se systémem dalšího vzdělávání, jeho podmínkami, formami i metodikou tvorby vzdělávacích programů. Získané poznatky mohou studenti využít ve své učitelské praxi i v oblasti vzdělávání dospělých.
