V případě nutnosti zavedení distanční formy výuky bude tato výuka probíhat online ve virtuálním prostředí na platformě Microsoft Teams a to v podobě přednášek, konzultací k přednáškám, prezentací zadaných seminárních prací studentů včetně jejich analýzy a reflexí k těmto úkolům a diskuse k dané problematice.

Hygiene and safety at swimming lessons. Rescue the drowning and helping an exhausted swimmer. Training of rescue operations - jump into unknown waters, approach, settlement, drawing drowning. Resuscitation and first aid.

- to swim 400m in a swimming way,

- to show the rescue of the toning,

- pulling "dummy" at a distance of 25m,

- bottom gears at a depth of 4.2 m

- jump from 3m planks

- 200m swimming in clothing

Students swim alone in separate lanes and each student has 2 corrective attempts to pass the credit
