Theory, principles of safe movement and residence in the mountains, leading groups in the field of nature conservation. Armament and equipment. Preparation and management of educational-training ski tours and schools in the countryside in winter. Downhill skiing. Preparatory exercises, the basic technique of downhill skiing. Cross-country skiing - basic exercises, walking technique chute and running. Winter skills - games. Credit requirements - active participation.
