The lecture explains basic technologies of nanoscale materials (metallic and oxidic nanoparticles, nanotubes and nanowires, thin layers and nanogranular films). Basic physical and chemical models of the techniques are described. Furthermore, physical and chemical principles of the important applications are explained, together with introduction tot the electronic structure in nanoscale. The lecture is aimed to 4. - 5. MS and 1. - 2. DS.

Přednáška je zaměřena na základní technologie přípravy nanomateriálů (kovové a oxidické nanočástice, nanotuby a nanodráty, tenké vrstvy a nanogranuární filmy). Jsou zavedeny fyzikální a chemické modely metod a diskutovány kritické parametry jednotlivých technologií. Dále jsou uvedeny fyzikální a chemické principy důležitých aplikací společně s úvodem do elektronové struktury nanomateriálů. Přednáška je určena pro ročníky 4. - 5. MS a 1. - 2. DS.
