Základy krystalografie a strukturní analýzy. Bodové a prostorové grupy symetrie. Struktura a vlastnosti látek. Difrakce rtg záření. Určování struktur. Aplikace strukturní analýzy v materiálovém výzkumu. Studium struktury a poruch krystalu metodami difrakce a transmise elektronů.
