Diagnostics of knowledge and skills in physics. Means of education (classrooms, teaching aids, literature). Key physics concepts and their creating in physics education. Preconceptions of pupils and physics education. Interdisciplinary bonds between physics and other science subjects. Special attention for talented pupils. In seminars the students learn to evaluate outcome of physics teaching, to create practical examples of examinations, to analyse different ways of creating of key concepts. For the 4th year teacher students of Mathematics-Physics at primary school.

1. Diagnostics of knowledge and skills. Importance of diagnostics from teacher's and pupil's point of view. Requirements for a good examination. Oral examination. Written examination. Didactic test. Experimental examination. Evaluation of exam results.

2. Didactic means in physics teaching.

a) Textbooks of physics. Supplementary literature for teachers and pupils.

b) Teaching aids. Classroom and cabinet of physics.

c) Use of computers in physics education.

3. Specific didactic questions of physics education: Key physics concepts and their creating in physics education. Preconceptions of pupils and physics education. Models in physics teaching at primary school. Terminologie of school physics.

4. Interdisciplinary bonds between physics and other science subjects.

5. Special attention for talented pupils. Physical olympics, and other competitions. Individual approach to talented pupils.
