Spatial structure of an isolated macromolecule, in dilute, semi-dilute, concentrated solution and bulk state. Themodynamics of polymer systems. Crystalline, glassy, molten and bulk state of polymers. Rubber elasticty. Kinetics of Polymer Crystallization. Liquid crystalline polymers. Thermal analysis, spectroscopic and scattering methods in polymer research.
