This course aims to provide students with a comprehensive grounding in the theories, approaches and research necessary for studying and analyzing broader social aspects of digital media. The focus of the course is on new media technologies and their impact and influences on society, culture, politics and economics. During the course students will collaborate on team research projects. Subsequently, they will present the results of their projects to the class. The evaluation will be based on the project's final paper and presentation. The course takes place at Faculty of Arts.
