The course takes the form of seminars, where invited lecturers present new results of their research in various geological disciplines.

Requirements to the exam -

To obtain the credit points, it is necessary to attend at least 75 % of seminars. At the beginning of each seminar, every student will obtain a form, where they describe the main objectives of the lecture (one paragraph) and at least two questions from the discussion.

The course takes the form of seminars, where invited lecturers present new results of their research in various geological disciplines. The seminars occur both during the winter and summer semesters and it is open for all students of bachelor, master and PhD degrees. The seminar timetable is announced on the web site of the Institute of Petrology and Structural Geology.
