The main goal of the course is to provide an introduction to fundamental services on the Internet. A special attention is given to methods of searching the World Wide Web including practical trainings.

Introduction to the Internet

Hlavním cílem kursu je poskytnout vstupní informace o základních možnostech využití Internetu pro studium demografie, demografický výzkum a využití demografie v praxi. Zvláštní pozornost je věnována metodám hledání demografických a geodemografických údajů na webu včetně praktického procvičování.
Předpokladem pro absolvování je znalost práce s počítačem na uživatelské úrovni.
